1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Airdrop Mania. By creating an account or initiating a transaction, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you.

Our services are intended for users who can lawfully buy, sell, hold, or transfer digital assets in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Account Verification and KYC

We may require identity verification, contact verification, payment method checks, and additional documents before enabling higher limits or processing certain transactions. KYC review helps protect users, prevent fraud, and keep settlements compliant.

You agree to provide clear, authentic, and complete information. We may delay, reject, or limit access if verification is incomplete, inconsistent, or indicates elevated risk.

3. Transaction Policies

A transaction begins when you submit an order through the platform. You must send the exact USDT amount to the wallet address and network shown for that order. Sending funds on the wrong network, sending a different token, or using an incorrect address may result in delay or permanent loss.

Rates, limits, and settlement availability may change based on market conditions, liquidity, operational capacity, risk checks, and compliance requirements. The rate displayed at checkout is intended to give clear settlement expectations before you proceed.

4. Settlement Processing

INR settlement is processed after the blockchain transfer is reviewed and matched with your order details. Processing time can vary based on network confirmations, bank rails, payout method, queue volume, and manual review requirements.

We aim to keep settlements fast, transparent, and well-supported. If additional review is required, our team may contact you through your registered contact details or support channel.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering correct wallet, bank, UPI, transaction hash, and contact details. You must keep your account secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, third-party laundering, mule accounts, impersonation, forged documents, sanctioned activity, or any transaction that hides the true source or ownership of funds.

6. Restricted Activities

You may not attempt to bypass verification, manipulate rates, submit false information, abuse referral or rewards systems, interfere with platform security, scrape private data, or use automated systems in a way that harms reliability.

Transactions connected to fraud, scams, stolen assets, prohibited goods, sanctions exposure, or suspicious activity may be paused, rejected, reported, or held for review where legally required.

7. Fraud Prevention and Review

Airdrop Mania may review transactions, payment methods, documents, device signals, and account activity to detect fraud and protect users. This may include manual review by authorized team members.

We may request additional information before completing a settlement. Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, limits, cancellation, or account restrictions.

8. Platform Rights

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, compliance, operational reliability, liquidity management, or product improvements.

We may refuse or cancel a transaction if it creates operational, legal, financial, security, or reputational risk. Where possible, we will communicate clearly and fairly.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but no financial technology service is available at all times. Maintenance, banking delays, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, or security events may affect access or settlement timelines.

Airdrop Mania is not responsible for delays caused by banks, blockchain networks, wallet providers, internet providers, infrastructure partners, or incorrect information submitted by the user.

10. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets carry risk. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible, and market prices may move quickly. You should only transact after reviewing the network, address, rate, amount, and payout details carefully.

Airdrop Mania does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Our service is focused on OTC settlement operations, not investment recommendations.

11. Crypto Volatility Notice

USDT and INR settlement values may be affected by market liquidity, live USD/INR rates, spreads, banking conditions, and operational costs. The platform may use live market references and administrative controls to maintain reliable settlement pricing.

If market conditions change sharply, we may pause new transactions, request confirmation, or adjust available rates before an order is accepted.

12. Account Suspension

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we detect policy violations, suspicious activity, fraudulent documents, abuse, repeated failed verification, or legal/compliance concerns.

Suspension does not remove your responsibility for completed or pending transactions, support requests, chargebacks, investigations, or obligations created before suspension.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airdrop Mania is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, market movement, banking delay, network delay, or user error.

Our total liability for a specific transaction will not exceed the direct service amount connected to that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Compliance

We may maintain records, conduct checks, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. We may also update controls as regulations, banking expectations, and risk standards evolve.

You agree not to use Airdrop Mania in any way that would cause us, our banking partners, infrastructure providers, or other users to breach applicable law or compliance obligations.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.

Continuing to use the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
